We respond to all inquiries within five business days. Welyon is a small research-publishing team — every message is read and answered by a named person, not a ticket bot. Four addresses below, sorted by what your message is actually about.
Pick whichever fits. If you're unsure, write to support@welyon.com — we'll forward it internally without losing a day.
Anything to do with a purchase or a published guide. Refund requests, missing receipts, expired download links, payment problems, tax line-items, questions about something you read inside an investigation guide. The default inbox when in doubt.
Reserved for licensed clinicians. Practice partnership inquiries, kit wholesale and bulk access, patient referral workflows, Foundation Protocol co-management, and questions about the practitioner portal currently in private beta. Please write from a verifiable practice email where possible.
For physicians, gastroenterologists, and researchers interested in the Scientific Advisory Board (in formation), formal research collaboration, or questions about the evidence grading and citations used across the Investigation Series. Corrections to published claims are also routed here and prioritised.
For journalists, podcast producers, and editors. Interview requests, statements on specific stories, expert source enquiries, and access to the Welyon press kit (logo lockups, founder bio, factual one-pager on the diagnostic gap). Please include outlet, deadline, and angle in your first message.
Every email is read by a person on the Welyon team. There is no autoresponder triage, no offshore ticketing, no AI first-line. Routing happens internally — if you write to support@welyon.com about a press request, we forward it to press@ without making you re-send.
We are a written-only operation. No phone line, no scheduled call slot, no live chat. This is a deliberate choice: it lets a small team keep its reply quality high, and it leaves a paper trail every party can refer back to.
Clinical questions are never answered as clinical advice. If your message reads as a personal medical question, we'll reply with information about how to find a qualified clinician — we won't diagnose, prescribe, or interpret results over email. The Foundation Protocol is the supervised path for that.
