What we collect, what we do with it, what we sell, and what we don't. Two short documents on one page, written without legalese. If anything below isn't clear, write to support@welyon.com.
We collect only what's necessary to deliver what you've asked for. In practice that's three categories:
We do not collect health information, symptom data, lab results, or anything entered into the guides themselves. The PDFs are read on your device; nothing flows back.
Your name and email are used to: fulfil orders (send PDF download links), deliver lead magnets (the free Overview), respond to support, and — only if you opt in — send occasional research notes about updates to the investigation series.
We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not rent it, share it with partners for marketing, or "exchange" it for ad reach. Welyon's revenue comes from people who buy guides and kits — not from monetising the list.
Minimal. The site sets one essential cookie to keep the page working (remembering, for example, that you've dismissed a banner) and uses a privacy-respecting analytics provider that records anonymous, aggregated page views — no individual user profiles, no cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies.
We do not use Facebook Pixel, Google Ads conversion tracking, or behavioural-retargeting cookies. The legal-minimum cookie banner is therefore not currently shown; if regulatory requirements change in your region, we'll add it.
Three companies process your data on Welyon's behalf. Each operates under a Data Processing Agreement. They cannot use your data for any purpose beyond the service they provide to us.
Wherever you are in the world, you have the right to:
None of these requests cost anything. You don't need to give a reason. We'll confirm the action by email.
Email support@welyon.com with the subject line "Privacy" and we'll route it to the right person. We aim to respond within five business days; access and deletion requests are completed within fourteen.
Welyon, Inc. is the data controller for the purposes of this policy.
Welyon's guides are educational publications. They are clinical-language PDFs that map the literature on H. pylori and the eight conditions it has been associated with in the peer-reviewed record. They are written to inform a conversation with your physician.
The guides are not medical advice. They do not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease, and they are not a substitute for consultation with a licensed clinician. Clinical decisions belong to a physician with access to your full medical record — not to a PDF read alone at a kitchen table.
We warrant that the guides will be accurate to the literature at the time of publication, that the citations will resolve to real peer-reviewed sources, and that the evidence-tier rubric will be applied consistently across the series.
We do not warrant any specific clinical outcome from acting on the information in a guide — improvement in symptoms, resolution of a condition, eradication of an organism, or any individual response to testing or treatment. The investigation framework is a framework, not a guarantee.
To the extent permitted by law, the guides are provided "as is" and Welyon disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from their use.
14 days, no questions. If a guide isn't useful — for any reason — request a refund within 14 days of purchase by replying to your Lemon Squeezy receipt or by writing to support@welyon.com. Refunds are processed within five business days and returned to the original payment method.
Refund requests after 14 days are reviewed case-by-case. We don't claw back the PDF — once delivered, it's yours. The refund window exists to keep the guides accountable to their readers; tracking that number is part of our editorial discipline.
See the full refund policy page for purchase records, ESP routing, and the rare exceptions.
The guides are copyright © 2026 Welyon, Inc. Purchase grants you a non-transferable licence to read the PDF, save it to your devices, and print it for personal use.
What you may not do: redistribute the PDF; share access credentials; reproduce substantial sections in other publications, websites, or commercial materials; or remove the copyright notice. Brief quotations under fair use (e.g. a sentence in a forum reply with attribution) are fine and don't require permission.
If you'd like to reference a guide in clinical, academic, or journalistic work, write to support@welyon.com — we don't charge for editorial reproduction in good-faith contexts.
